Bruce & Suzie have been married for 23 years

As an Arizona resident for the last 15 years, I began designing and building custom homes here in Tucson in 1990 through my Artesanos, Inc., general contracting company. I still hold a valid general contractor's license in Arizona. Before moving to Tucson, I operated Design Associates in Durango, Colorado designing and building custom homes in the San Juan Mountains. I have been involved in the residential housing industry all my life, as my father was a designer/builder and started me in my apprenticeship at an unusually early age. I take great joy in working with people and their homes, ranches, land investments, and life dreams.

I am a family man at heart. My 18 year-old son and I are currently restoring a hot rod pickup. My oldest son is married and is a Realtor here in Tucson. My wife Susie and I have been married for 23 years, and moved here from a ranch in southwestern Colorado.  We ran rivers professionally, operated a licensed guide and outfitting service, and Susie was and still is, a  respected Counseling Therapist.  We go salsa dancing almost every weekend. We travel to Mexico, Kauai and the West coast whenever we get a chance. I restore and play vintage guitars in my quiet time, and have been a volunteer in the Heart to Heart mental health program in Tucson for many years.
